We’ll be raising the roof at Brookland this month!

We are close to the top at The Banksia with Level 3 slab and blockwork now complete and works commencing on trusses for the building’s roof.

On the Lower Ground Floor, walls and ceilings are almost finished while framing, glazing preparation and services installation are all advancing from the Upper Ground Floor to Level 2.

With each new level, we’re excited to see just how good the outlook will be for our future residents when they’re relaxing on the balcony with a coffee or a cold drink.

All new homes at Brookland have been architecturally designed to provide liveability for seniors, including future-proofed features incorporated throughout, to ensure you can enjoy easy living for many years to come.
