Full steam ahead for Brookland’s ‘The Banksia’!

It’s full steam ahead as Brookland’s latest stage continues to take shape, with plenty going on inside and out. 

As the project advances, we can report that the waterproofing of the plant deck is now complete – just in time for the installation of condensers. 

Elsewhere, framing and sheet soffits for the roof are now in and the lift installation is well under way and on target for completion by the middle of the month. 

Rendering of balconies is ongoing and balustrades on balconies have been finished on four out of five levels. The team is also busy working on internal finishes, including waterproofing and tiling in wet areas on the lower floors. 

Once complete, ‘The Banksia’ will be home to 52 architecturally designed apartments with picturesque views of Robertson, and a choice of stylish one, two or three-bedroom apartments.
