The end is in sight at ‘The Banksia’!

It’s all systems go at Brookland as the team puts the finishing touches on ‘The Banksia’. 

The development is in the final stages of construction, with completion expected in October. 

All scaffolding has now been removed, the tower crane is down, and boundary fencing has commenced. 

Balcony tiling is complete on 4 out of 5 levels, with the final ground floor courtyard apartments being tiled now, and landscaping of planter boxes has begun. 

Inside, Level 1, plus lower and upper ground levels, have undergone final paint and builder cleans ready for defect inspections 

Flooring and joinery are complete on Levels 2 and 3, and the electrical fit off is finished in the cinema and library, with library joinery, flooring and painting scheduled in coming days. 

Offering 52 contemporary apartments and yet more 5-star community facilities, The Banksia is the latest stage of our Brookland expansion, which is all about doing retirement right.
