One step closer to 5-star luxury living

Making a splash just in time for Spring, Brookland is putting the finishing touches on the state-of-the-art community centre, as all flooring and cabinetry are now being installed throughout the luxury facility. 

What a statement the interior feature stonework has made, with the final works taking place over the coming weeks.  

Residents have been eagerly watching on as the luxury apartments on Level 1 and 2 approach completion, with all bathrooms, kitchens and painting almost complete.  

Interiors on Level 3 have been taking shape, with all doors and sheeting being installed, as well as half of the kitchen and bathroom cabinetry. Waterproofing has also now begun in these apartments. 

In the coming weeks, residents will be able to see first-hand the community’s luxury overhaul, with the commencement of all exterior finishes, including the construction of garden beds, installation of the feature battens to the exterior of the building, pouring of driveways and the progression of the render and painting.
