Brookland is styling for spring!

The wait is almost over, Brookland residents are ready to make a splash for summer, with the pool now being filled with water and the final touches being made to the state-of-the-art community centre including the furniture and artwork. 

Excitement has been building within the community as they witness a former construction site transformed into a luxurious new community centre. 

Creating the ultimate summer oasis, the community pool has now been filled with water and the exterior landscaping commencing. The countdown to taking an invigorating morning dip is on… so get your towels and swimwear ready. 

In a construction milestone, all apartments on Level 1 have now been completed, with final works being made to Level 2 flooring. Level 3 is also in the final stages of construction with only paint and flooring work to go. Power has been switched on throughout the apartments with the lift now operational. The exterior touches are being finalised with tiling being laid and landscaping close to being completed.
