A new rhythm hits Brookland Robertson
Yee ha! There’s a new rhythm at Brookland Robertson – and it’s bringing plenty of toe-tapping energy with it!
The community’s new line dancing class is up and running, and the response has been nothing short of incredible. With approximately 45 residents already signed up, the enthusiasm has truly taken off.
From seasoned dancers who know their grapevines and heel taps, to complete beginners stepping onto the floor for the very first time, the class has brought together residents of all experience levels. What they all share is a willingness to give it a go, learn something new and enjoy plenty of laughs along the way.

Leading the sessions is a professional instructor who guides residents through each routine with patience and encouragement. The focus is not only on learning the steps correctly, but also on building confidence in a fun, welcoming and supportive environment.
Line dancing offers far more than just great music and lively routines. It’s a fantastic way to stay active, improve balance and coordination, and keep both body and mind engaged. Most importantly, it creates another opportunity for residents to connect, share experiences and strengthen the sense of community that makes Brookland Robertson so special.
Judging by the smiles on the dance floor, this is one activity that’s here to stay.
