The roof is on!

It is certainly an exciting time for us as our Stage 2 – Banksia building reaches a huge milestone – the roof is on!

The roof has been completed one week ahead of schedule, making the building watertight, and all the concrete pours are now complete.

With the roof now complete, we’re moving full steam ahead with the internal fit outs, with the storage cages are complete, the lower and upper ground walls and ceilings are nearly finished, with under bedding waterproofing commencing soon, and the lifts are now being installed. Externally, the rendering of balconies is also underway.

It’s very exciting to see Stage 2 at Brookland racing towards completion and we can’t wait to welcome our new residents!
