The Banksia works approach Level 3

We’re reaching new heights at Brookland as The Banksia approaches Level 3. This month, formwork will commence to prepare Level 3 for the first pour and the scaffolding will be raised. 

On Level 2, the slab is reaching completion while all columns, blockwork and formwork are commencing, creating a solid foundation for our future residents to call home. 

On the lower ground levels, service rough-ins, partitions and waterproofing are underway to prepare the levels for fit off. Once complete, the internal works will commence and the space will really start coming to life.
