Scaffolding removed uncovers the future of Brookland

Exciting times are nearing for future and current residents of Brookland, as the roof has now been installed and scaffolding from the exterior of the building is being removed. 

The interior of Brookland’s facilities, which will boast endless opportunities to relax and connect with others, is also progressing as feature walls, seating and lighting are being added and final touches of painting are underway. 

All brand-new apartments on Level 1 have been fitted with kitchens, and will receive a final clean to prepare for residents’ move in day. 

Meanwhile, painting is also near completion on Level 1, as workers move up to form the apartments on Level 2 and Level 3. 

As external render works are being finalised on Brookland’s new homes, attention will now shift to detailing the outside of the buildings and the surroundings, creating a cohesive and welcoming community for all.
