Swimming into Brookland’s five-star lifestyle

Brookland is becoming closer to competition, as exclusive amenities for future residents are being finalised. 

Tiling on the community pool has been completed as has carpentry installation in the community living spaces – including the bathrooms, salon, kitchen, and staff areas. 

Roof installation is also underway for the established villas and luxurious apartments, while all internal doors have been installed within the modern and low-maintenance retirement lifestyle community. 

Dedicated team members are currently installing battens to finalise building structures on the homes of the modern and thoughtfully designed retirement village catered to suit every lifestyle and budget. 

Level 1 apartments have now had all services and internal walls installed, with kitchen installation and tiling now being completed. 

The final services and internal walls are being installed in the Level 2 apartments, with similar works on Level 3 apartments to closely follow. 

The selection of one, two and three-bedroom apartments currently under construction at Brookland are ideal for retirees who want to downsize into a modern, low-maintenance retirement.  

Residents of these new apartments can look forward to all the benefits of living within an established community and enjoy The Clubhouse’s cinema, pool, gym, lounge, café, bar and more.
